Getting Started with SecureStat HQ™
- 1. Find your SecureStat HQ™ welcome email. If you didn't get an email or can't find it, please contact support.
- 2. Follow the link in the welcome email and reset your password.
- 3. Take the Quick Tour.
- 4. Review your locations.
- 5. Set up your notifications in Notification Messenger which is in the My Account Settings. Alerts can be customized by individual, geography, service call, and alert type.
- --- Service Messenger provides real-time service updates from the initial request to completion. Alerts recieved can be customized by individual, geography, service call, and alert.
- --- Alarm Messenger ensures you never miss important, real-time alarm monitoring information and alarm event details.
- --- If your company subscribes to Activity Messenger, you will also want to set these up to get insight into system activity at your protected premise including scheduled, unscheduled, and other open and close activities.
- 6. Consider what reports and subscriptions you may need and be sure to build them in SecureStat HQ to continue to receive this data.
- 7. Browse the Help Documentation available to you in the My Account drop down.
